We used Laura Levy and her group to sell our house this summer and she did a fantastic job! She got us the price we wanted and helped negotiate between us and the buyers. There is another home in our old neighborhood that was for sale with another agent BEFORE we wanted to sell our house, and now, 3 months later it still hasn’t sold. I think that says a lot. She also acted as our agent when we bought our new house and the whole process was so smooth. I can’t say enough good things about Laura and her team. We got our dream house and we were actually able to afford it because of her help selling our old home. I also want to mention that Laura does A LOT for the town of Lyons. She sometimes posts on the local facebook page that she is buying 100+ people margaritas or chips and salsa at Mojos, and hosts diner openings for new restaurants, etc. She is an asset to the town of Lyons. We met Laura in 2017 when she sold us our old house - she was the seller’s agent and we were really impressed with her. She has an amazing reputation in the community and it is well-deserved!
