Laura listened to our priorities and spent a lot of time previewing and cataloging potential homes. During the two trips we made to CA, we looked at upwards of 30 homes until we found the perfect one. Laura guided us through the offer and counter offer process and was instrumental negotiating on our behalf. She facilitated all the inspections and referred vendors/contractors for improvements we wanted to make before we moved in. I would recommend her and will certainly refer her and use her again.
