When i decided to make an offer…she stayed with me after I purchased it …AND help me find out about my new town. She really went the extra mile. Even let the delivery folks in when I bought a washer and dryer before I came to town ! We came to have Laura Javidi as our realtor almost on accident, when I overheard her talking about real estate with a couple next to me at our gym. I couldn't be more thrilled with how things worked out! Laura is the perfect agent. She was easygoing and always friendly, but also very honest and no-nonsense when she needed to be. If something didn't seem right with a home we visited, she was extremely intuitive and quick to point it out. Most importantly, Laura was ALWAYS available, which was so important in the current market (where houses sell within HOURS of listing). She was just a text or an email away, and often responded within minutes, no matter the time of day. I really feel that without her, we wouldn't have been fast enough to grab up our dream home when it appeared. Another thing about Laura (and Pepine Realty in general) was that she was very well connected. She knows many of the other agents in the area, and worked seamlessly with the seller to address any issues that came up with the inspection and closing. In addition, she was able to recommend some REALLY good vendors for inspections, electrical work, handymen, etc., all of whom have been excellent to work with after acquiring our home. In summary, I can't recommend Laura highly enough. Her honesty, experience, availability, work ethic, and ability to negotiate were absolutely on-point in the current housing market. We couldn't have gotten our dream home without her!

Laura helped us find our first family home. She walked us through the home buying process as first time buyers. She made what was a daunting experience smooth and allayed many of our worries and stresses. She was able to figure out which houses did not suit our needs, and which homes had red flags that we otherwise would not have sensed. She was great at working behind the scenes to troubleshoot and interact with the sellers on the appraisal process, which was a relief to us, being busy with two toddlers and both having full time jobs.
