I had a great experience working with McAteer & Will / KW, specifically with Laura Hawthorne. She helped me navigate the sale of my parents home in Milford. I had a lot to handle related to the property and Laura was patient, caring and always willing to share resources to ensure the process was as fruitful as possible without the stress. We sold the home very quickly and over our initial asking. Recommend Highly!

We were looking for a realtor with local knowledge and a keen understanding of the market in our area. McAteer and Will Estates turned out to be that realtor. They came over to the house, made a fair assessment, and gave good advice. They offered other benefits via contacts that they had made over the years with people who can assist in cleaning out the house and also prepping the house for showing. All of whom were excellent. Laura Hawthorne was assigned to us along with Sue Cawley - but truthfully, the whole team was on task for the sale of our house. They really paid attention to detail. Laura in particular was very professional, highly personable, had great attention to detail, gave great advice, was very warm and helpful. I'm so glad we were able to have such a great realtor in Laura - with such a winning personality and professionalism. What I most valued in Laura's service, was her communication. She was really on top of everything, let me know about any changes (small or large) and helped to make the sale of our house happen quickly. It sold in 5 days. Amazing! I highly recommend this real estate agency and Laura Hawthorne in particular. As a side note, through Sue Cawley's contacts with Habitat for Humanity, we were able to donate a dining table and chairs, a rolling kitchen cart, a few other things and lots of artwork (we simply couldn't take it all!). We were very happy to know that someone would be able to use it all in the future and that it would benefit H4H, a worthy cause. One thing I found while working with McAteer & Will Estates, is that it's not just the person you hire, it's the team and the types of contacts that team has as well. Makes a world of difference. Again, highly recommend!

McAteer & Will Estates was incredibly professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Laura Hawthorne, our personal agent was fantastic. She was very personable, professional, efficient and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure everything was ready for the showing, etc. She helped put us in contact with someone to get rid of things we no longer wanted, and we were also able to donate items to Habitat for Humanity, thanks to another person in the office.
