SHE, IN FACT, BECAME THE PROJECT MANAGER: SELECTING LOCAL VENDORS WHO PROVIDED QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AT REASONABLE RATES TO BRING THE PROPERTY TO PRISTINE CONDITION FOR A SPEEDY SALE. SHE ALSO HELPED GET EXCESS FURNITURE AND PERSONAL ITEMS SOLD OR SENT TO LOCAL AUCTION HOUSES. WITHOUT HER VISION AND WORK STANDARDS THE PROPERTY WOULD NOT HAVE HAD SUCH A SUCCESSFUL SALE.

This was my first time selling a home as a single woman. Laura was the perfect agent for me. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. She explained the options and the process and always answered my questions. I appreciate her straightforward communication style - she's not a smarmy sales person. She is a lovely balance of responsibility: She made it clear where it was absolutely my choice (such as asking price) but was also willing to float her opinion based on her experience. I like that she isn't a shark, out to take advantage of anyone, but she is a great negotiator and got me a very good price for my townhouse. I could go on :-) My experience was so good that I wished she could be my agent when I bought my new house - alas, I moved out of state. BUT, she even did the legwork to interview a couple agents in my new area and I am very happy with the person she referred. I love love love Laura Grenyo and cannot speak highly enough of her!
