We were very grateful to have Laura as our real estate agent! We visited ID in November 2016. Laura spent a great deal of time showing us homes and the area. As we were moving CA to ID, we ran into personal delays which caused us to have to back out of a home we were having built. Laura was helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. We landed in Meridian in June and were living in our RV. Laura helped us to quickly find a home and expedite escrow. We were in our new home within barely over a month! Laura is quick with answers and really wanted to help find the correct house for my needs. Laura knows the ada/canyon county areas. Laura worked around my schedule even when its the dead of winter in from what I was told the worst winter in ada county in decades.

Laura is a go getter who pays attention to your wants in a property, and then finds them. Solid advice on how to negotiate a deal with sellers, and things you may need to do to make it all happen.
