Laura did a great job of getting my house sold. Even when the first buyers agent and loan officer were completely unprofessional in not letting us know the loan didn’t go through until the day before the closing. They acted like no big deal. Laura was profession got the house back in the market and got a better offer to a great couple the same day as it hit the market. Laura was more impressive was when we bought the house in 2017 the market was crazy and driving in snow storms looking for the house to buy. Laura first of all is a great communicator, staying in contact and able to explain the details of home buying well. We were buying from another location, and Laura took the time to not just show the house, but the community and the surrounding areas for the houses we were interested, she really went above and beyond.
Laura was absolutely amazing to work with! With my wife and I being out of state, Laura was able to do everything in her power to facilitate everything for us. She met with our family in the area, spoke on the phone, texted, and emailed consistently throughout the process and after hours to make sure things were going smoothly and to make everything as stress free as possible for us! Not only were we buying a home out of state, but we were also first time home buyers and had absolutely no idea what to expect from the process. Laura is extremely friendly, down to earth and went above and absolutely beyond from what we expected of her. We had dealt with other realtors previously trying to “help” get us into a home with no avail and Laura was definitely second to none in our minds! Laura made our first home buying experience an excellent one. I learned so much from her and she took the time to explain every detail, remind us of upcoming deadlines and check in along the way to see how we were feeling. She was able to accommodate our work schedules and we were always so excited to meet up with her to tour more homes because of how helpful she was in pointing out every detail we might need to consider in a certain property. Plus, she is such a genuinely nice, fun and kind hearted person to be around! All in all, I'm so happy we met her one day at an open house because I honestly don't know what we would have done without her support and expertise in this complicated but exciting venture!
