I can't begin to express how much I have appreciated Laura while selling our home. Laura stayed to the grindstone even though we lost a Buyer . She brought skilled people to further prep the house before putting it on the market . Actually did some repairs herself . She kept the communication loop open and was always available when questions arrised . She maintained an ethical attitude , giving great tips in what paperwork we should keep and emphisized that we should disclose what ever serious problems we had to deal with in our home with all appropriate paperwork to back it . Laura maintained commonsense pricing of the property based on the market and presented related material discussed with her collegues to help us understand where we were in the market and how to price to sell without having to sit on the property for an extended period of time . We ended up selling for a higheer price in the end .... Laura's services were much apprieciated ! She definitly made an effort to get the best that she could for a sale ...
