Laura Gray is a true professional who knows the Boise area. We contacted her in June of 2024 and she stayed in touch and followed up every time we had a question. We finally made a trip up there in October and ended up finding the perfect house after only looking at five houses. She is knowledgeable, experienced, a goid listener and great communicator. She was extremely patient and understanding through the entire pricess and really went over and above if anything came up during the purchase process. Laura was referred to us by multiple family members who had worked with her previously and raved about her, so when it came time for us to start looking for a house it was a no-brainer reaching out to her. We were lucky enough to find a house early on that we loved, and Laura was very on top of getting the ball rolling. We unfortunately had a rather rough lending process (to say the least) but Laura was available constantly, reassured us, walked us through the steps, and communicated often with the lender to get everything sorted out.
