I am a local Realtor® since October 2002. I sincerely love helping people sell and/or purchase their homes. It is a joy watching someone win the bid on the purchase or someone decide which offer they want to accept on the sale of their home. I am experienced and genuinely care about each and everyone of my clients. Most of them turn into friends. I am the blessed one to be able to help them in the sales process of their homes. I am licensed in Ohio & Michigan. I live in Delta Ohio. I am the mother to 8 grown children and grandmother to 13, ranging from toddlers to college students. I am an Ohio Native and love being here, although the winters are getting harder every year. I love to travel. My two new favorite places to travel are California & Maine as two of my children moved to these states. It is my mission to see both of them and their families at least twice a year. So I get to travel at least 4 times a year to see them. My husband and I have been together for over 31 years. We have been through a lot together. We are each other's rock. AND, she helped us sell our former home--14 offers in the first two days--it sold over our asking price! We also recommended her to one of our sons who made good use of her expertise in buying his home. BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT!!!!

Laura was prompt in responding to my emails, texts and phone calls. Continually updated me with new listings and quick to set up showings. Also very generous with her time. I was impressed with her knowledge of homes and how she could answer all my questions, explaining things so clearly and with great, honest advice. My favorite part of working with Laura was that she was always pleasant and upbeat. I couldn’t be more satisfied and love my new home!
