Laura helped me buy the most expensive property so far in my life. As my first time living in the country, she knew about all of the things that I had little idea about, such as the well and septic. This ensured that the property was completely livable with no surprises. Laura also was tough on my behalf when the seller and I didn't see eye to eye. This made sure that I got what I wanted and the deal went through.

Where do I start? Laura Eklund is our go to Realtor since 2016 when we hired her to sell our home. We had a very unique yet difficult situation but she handled all that with such professionalism and ease. We hired her after interviewing many Realtors including one who I had worked with for many years and had bought homes through as well as my family and friends. Not one of them even came close to what Laura had to offer. After she closed that deal like a Boss, we vowed that she would be our Realtor for life. We have referred many friends/family to her and we also just bought our family home which we absolutely LOVE. I have been in the real estate market for the past 16 years and Laura has surpassed all of the professionals I have ever worked with in the past. Things that every Realtor can do is, write up and offer and get you in a contract. The REAL work starts when you actually do get into contract and you really need a Realtor who has your best interest at heart and the "Art of Negotiation" is the cutting edge difference between Laura and others I have worked with in the past and have heard about from many many friends and family. Laura's knowledge and skill to negotiate to get her clients the BEST DEAL possible is just worth taking a note of. She also has so many amazing contacts for people in related fields that she can save you a headache and not forgetting save you money :). We personally were able to save so much going with her recommendations after shopping around myself. She is simply amazing and still keeps in touch. Laura did a great job listing and selling our rental property. We were in a real jam because we needed to sell by a certain date to avoid capital gains. We didn't give her much time but she got us a full price offer and closed in time! Besides being a really awesome person to hang around, she is extremely professional in what she does.
