This is the second time that I had the pleasure to work with my real estate agent Laura Diaz. Buying or selling a house can be stressful from finding potential buyers, the negotiation steps, and so many other questions or issues that you might confront in the entire process. Her knowledge and experience combined made this stressful event go smoothly and in a timely manner. Laura was very helpful from the beginning to end explaining every step of the process, always available to explain/communicate each part of the transaction. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional real estate agent that takes the time to assess your individual needs or goals and help you meet them successfully!

If only we could give our realtor a 10 stars review we will. We are a first time home buyer and our realtor Ms Laura Diaz is the best ever. First time weve met her we noticed shes very prepared and gave us itinerary of the houses we chose before hand and she arranged the addresses the are close to each other so we dont go back and forth on the same road. This type of arrangment we truly appreciate since we have a daughter that has a wheelchair with us and could be a little time consuming loading ang unloading the wheelchair. Secondly she gave us a well prepared notes and tips of dos and donts on what we can expect in this journey. Shes very knowledgable, very articulate and very patient on everything. Shes on top of every details and has all the answers and explanation to all our queries. We could not be happier with the beautiful home she help us find. Ms Laura is very thorough and professional and great to work with. We really felt blessed to have her coz shes very honest and straight no-games. There are moments that we thought we couldnt get the house we wanted and she gave us confidence to not to worry about anything. Shes 101% recommendable.

My husband and I were making a cross country move of >2,300 miles and if it wasn’t for Laura, we would have given up on the home buying process in Bakersfield. She was absolutely incredible from our first day with her even until after we have closed! Being so far away and buying a house was a challenge and incredible stressful but she made my husband and I feel comfortable. We purchased a new build and wasn’t able to be there for the walk through so our option was to complete it over FaceTime ourselves or have Laura represent us. We had so much trust in Laura that we allowed her to represent us and I’m so thankful we did. She exceeded our expectations in being available and responsive even with a 3 hour time difference as well as in another country on vacation! If you need to buy or sell a home, Laura Diaz should be your first choice. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She is also warm, personable, and friendly and goes the extra mile to make the process understandable and as easy as possible. She keep in touch about each document that needs to be signed, any communication from the other realtor and his clients, and answers your texts in a very timely manner, even on the weekends and in the evenings. She is there for you. She was highly recommended to me and I highly recommend her to anyone!
