First time weve met her we noticed shes very prepared and gave us itinerary of the houses we chose before hand and she arranged the addresses the are close to each other so we dont go back and forth on the same road. This type of arrangment we truly appreciate since we have a daughter that has a wheelchair with us and could be a little time consuming loading ang unloading the wheelchair. Secondly she gave us a well prepared notes and tips of dos and donts on what we can expect in this journey. Shes very knowledgable, very articulate and very patient on everything. Shes on top of every details and has all the answers and explanation to all our queries. We could not be happier with the beautiful home she help us find. Ms Laura is very thorough and professional and great to work with. We really felt blessed to have her coz shes very honest and straight no-games.
