The property that Laura sold was a commercial property. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the Denver market. Also very dedicated to her work. We ran into a slow period of showings and offers and she was very able to seek other avenues and was able to sell the property. It took less then three months to sell this property. I would have her sell my next property if I had one for sale.
