La is an excellent realtor who was able to find me exactly what I wanted in the area of Denver I wanted. She has the negotiation knowhow to make an agreement under difficult circumstances (summer 2020 pandemic madness!). I liked that she was available to answer questions and find out information I needed to be confidant in my decisions. She also understood my quirky concerns; I'm a tough customer at times bc I'm super picky (my parents were career realtors), so I have high-bar of expectations. Buying a home is stressful enough and La explains ALL the things you'll need to know so you feel assured. La knows what she's doing and I highly recommend her. I would most definitely hire her again.

Laura excels in providing the time, effort, and knowledge that is necessary for the home buying process. She was open to working with me and a home buyer program that is not well known in the area. While this may not seem exceptional at first, I had another RE agent tell me no right off the bat and a few agents during the process try to discourage me from using this program because it seemed to good to be true. Because she agreed to work with me on this, I saved about $140,000 over a traditional mortgage, securing a 30 year loan at 1.125% APR. She made herself extremely available and had colleagues who were able to help me when she was helping other clients. There was no pressure in the sale process and she always brought a sense of excitement and interest to the properties that we looked at. She pointed out conditions of properties that I was unfamiliar with to help me understand what work may need to be done. I was able to schedule time to see every property that I was interested in and she picked out some others to broaden my perspective. I ended up getting a 2900 sq ft house on a 1/3 of an acre in Englewood for $25,000 less than it's appraisal value. It's in a quiet and fantastically located neighborhood right next to Cherry Hills. I just harvested a few hundred peaches from the mature peach tree and I am enjoying running back and forth from one end of the house to the other. Laura is a savvy, warm, and pragmatic person who seems to get a lot of enjoyment from helping others. I would highly recommend her.
