Some realtors excel in one area more than the other but not Laura, she is very good in all areas. I am a real estate investor and I sold this property and Laura was my realtor. We had alot of showings and multiple offers and Laura's ingeniousness with analyzing the offers ,knowing the pros and cons of the different types of loans buyers can qualify for and discussing which offer is best is another one of her strong suits. You gotta know who is best positioned to get to the closing table quickly with no issues. Some banks take forever, some are flawless and you can always tell when realtors know their clients well and it's a seamless transaction. This was another one of those transactions where the buyers loved the house and everything just clicked.
