Laura was a pleasure to work with. We are experienced investors and bought a multi-unit STVR property through Laura, which required knowledge of market cap rates, income projections, due diligence and deal structuring in a market that was changing by the week. Laura was able to use her deep knowledge of the market, and compile additional information and leverage her contacts as appropriate. Throughout the process Laura went above and beyond to offer her help from big issues like coordinating contacts to meeting our contractor on site during due diligence and keeping the deal on track to close, to smaller issues like having a number of conversations with the previous owner to transition property management. The more work that arose the more Laura kept offering to help, which has continued post close. Laura is hard working and on it, which is, of course, great. However we would like to add that what has stood out most to us is Laura is a person of great integrity. And we trust that she has her clients’ best interests at heart.
