She dug deep to find the most fitting comparables so that we could make an informed, reasonable offer, sorting out homes that had not been renovated, like ours, from those that had. Once we had an offer accepted, she continued to work hard to make sure all was right with the transaction, including extra effort to see that the termite bond transferred on time. She offered ideas we would not have come up with ourselves and that worked in our favor, such as asking the seller to cover specific fixes brought up by the inspection.
