Laura was very quick to respond and easy to work with when I had a question. After shopping around a little, I wound up going with both the lender and the home insurer she recommended in the first place. Some mornings she was a little late to meet at our first place (though she did have to fight traffic from Forsyth), she was very flexible about changing or adding homes to our tour for the day and routed stops efficiently. Very knowledgeable and helped me hone in what I wanted in a home and what was important or not to me. Negotiations went well, and we had a pretty fast close once we were under contract. She gave me a very nice gift at the closing table. Thank you Laura!
