Where do I start? About 2 years ago I came across a home about three blocks from my residence that caught my eye but I knew was outside of the affordable range for my husband and I but I took a chance and texted the number on the 'For Sale' sign. In a matter of minutes, I received a call from Lashawn. I explained to her that I was just inquiring and knew that was not the home for us. She let me know that it was ok but if I needed a realtor and if I had any questions that I could reach out to her. She sent me an email that day and something stood out. There were no gimmicks or fancy words. She was so sweet and so patient with the hubby and I and walked with us through the entire process of us preparing to be homeowners. There were many emails and three way calls and she assured us that she was right there the entire time. I could never express the amount of gratitude that I have for her to be the one to help us not only find our home but to explain every step along the way, to advocate for us if things became stressful or confusing. We are forever grateful for all the good you have done for us.
