I first contacted Lars in 2015 after having read excellent reviews about his service. The glowing reviews for him are more than justified. My sister and I had the challenge of preparing for the sale of our parents' home in Homosassa from out of state as my sister lives in the Northeast US while I live in the Western US. Lars and I communicated often by phone and my sister and I also travelled to Florida and met with Lars a number of times. He helped us all throughout the home selling process and made us feel informed and at ease. He had great suggestions and good selling points as we went through the process of making the home presentable for sale. Lars submitted to Zillow many attractive photos of our home and yard accompanied by well-worded text describing the home details. He sent us regular updates about the most recent home sales in the neighborhood as well as information about the frequency of online viewing of the home listing. Through his extensive knowledge of the realty business and his cooperative demeanor he made us comfortable knowing that we were making well informed decisions. He successfully sold our home. There's a good reason that Lars has earned national recognition for his high level of customer service in the real estate industry. We have a land lot in Citrus County and once we decide to put the lot up for sale we most definitely will be seeking Lars' services once again!
