Larry had a unique way to price the property that was very successful! He was very responsive. He also was great at negotiating with a skillful buyer -- he knew when we needed to do as the buyer requested or when we needed to draw the line in the sand. I selected Larry due to his sending me financial information about the property I was selling when I was looking around for hiring a realtor. It showed he had done his homework even at the first request. I definitely recommend him!

Larry is a tremendous realetor. He navigated a complicated short sale for us in 2008 when the market crashed particularly hard in Las Vegas. Then as we were in a position to buy again in 2016 he found our dream home and we had an accepted offer in by noon the same day we saw the house. Good thing too as multiple offers were submitted and the house was literally on the market for a single day! Cannot say enough great things about Larry, if you are looking for an honest person who will steer you in the right direction he is your man!
