Larry is a local guy who grew up in Alaska, so he is very knowledgeable about the area. Being a military family we had no idea about some things such as heating oil, or well water having grown up near St Louis, MO. He is so nice and helpful. He made the whole experience very easy! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
