Larry Terch went above and beyond for my home purchase, he kept in contact with the bank to make sure they were getting their end done for paperwork in a timely manner. He kept me up to date on the purchase. And if I had any questions he was quick to get back to me. I met Larry a few years ago through the rental management company of Century 21 Goldrush, he was kind, trustworthy and confident he could help me with a property I had. Larry is a local guy who grew up in Alaska, so he is very knowledgeable about the area.
