We met Larry as a young married couple with our first child looking to buy our first house. It’s quite daunting dipping your feet into the housing market for the very first time! We found a house on an app and here came Larry to our rescue! He told us right from the start, “I’m not a shark.” And that he will look out for our best interest and find the most information on potential houses for us, and he did just that. Not only did he find houses in our very ridged criteria's, but worked with us brining our son with us to showings and never got discouraged or upset when we shot down many houses back to back. He gave us some quality, amazing advice and information. When we found the right home for us, Larry did he upmost best for us and got the ball rolling immediately! Kept us very informed on the whole process and updated! We cannot praise him and his team enough! Without his help im not sure we would have this beautiful home, we cannot stress enough the quality Larry possesses and embodies!

Larry from the beginning was very friendly, professional, and great at explaining things to my wife and I. The explaining was great for us considering we were first time homebuyers and there is so much that goes into the process of buying a home. When it came to communication Larry was top class. Through our unique experience of buying a house, Larry was always there to fight for us and get what was best for us, while keeping an open line of communications and taking into account our needs and desires. Till the end Larry was making phone calls and working absolutely tirelessly for us. Even after closing, the communication is good, we have been able to contact him after purchasing our dream home, and he has been able to help us navigate our home warranty. Larry is the best of the best when it comes to an agent and a person. His market knowledge and experience is vast and accurate. He is genuine with concern to actually caring about his clients needs and wants, rather than as most agents see dollars and are fake. I’ve have known Larry as a close friend for 37 years and that speaks volumes for his character. I have hired him as my agent to sell a condo and more recently to purchase a rental property. This is how I know he will do everything for his clients, and if he tells you he’ll do something, he’ll get it done.

My Dad used Larry to buy his home, and sell his house. He doesn’t have email, so Larry had to meet with him every time he needed to sign paperwork, which is a lot! Larry was absolutely wonderful! I’m a Realtor in New Mexico (not licensed in Ohio), so I needed someone I could trust to care for my Dad’s transactions. Larry kept us informed every step of the way, presented all information (good or bad) in a clear manner, and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
