The Mather team helped me navigate very difficult market conditions and timing. They were so communicative - laying everything out: market conditions, prices, everything. They were very informative and we made all the right decisions with their help. Highly, highly recommend! Plus they’re just nice guys. They bent over backwards for me as a client - a lot of extra help with things that I wouldn’t have expected. Love these guys.
We have used the Neil and Larry several times for our family real estate needs and have never been disappointed. Neil and Larry are friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. Would highly recommend their group!
From the very start of the home buying process, both Larry and his son Neil really took the time to explain the process and potential challenges faced with a sellers market during the pandemic. Both agents took the time to listen to me and my family’s wishes and sent new listings on a daily basis. Due to covid, I decided it was safer that we meet at the potential properties instead of taking their offer off picking me up. Larry was very patient and took the time to meet me at every inspection and made sure things were smooth. Because this was my first home, the Mather team took extra time to give me pros and cons of a property and helped explain a bunch of the paperwork to be signed. Overall, I felt like the Mather team had my best interest in mind and wanted the perfect house that fit all my needs. I am grateful to be represented by both Neil and Larry. Their knowledge of the business and the Santa Clarita valley really set them apart. I would recommend the Mather Team to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
I am so thankful to Larry and Neil for their friendly and professional help and support during the sale of my house. Can't think of anything lacking or anything other that the best of help and support.
Larry hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
