Larry and Lisa sold our house last month. The house was sold within a couple of days after it is put on the market. The whole process was extremely smooth. I highly recommend for the following reasons: 1. Extremely knowledgeable about the market : They came up with an estimate right away and they were spot on. The estimate was much higher than we expected and they were confident they can sell it and they did. 2. Exceptional turnaround time on everything: we reached out for an interview and they came the next day well prepared. They have already done the analysis over the night and provided us all the information we need for considering them. I am impressed that they listed out all the houses they sold and bought. 3. Always ready to help, no matter how big or small the task is. We have moved to a different state so they helped us with practically everything, including picking up our clothes that were left at the house. We feel comfortable asking them. 4. Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. You can ask any questions and don’t have to feel embarrassed or anything. They are on your side. 5. Good contacts with vendors. All the vendors they suggested turn out to be good choices. For example, handyman, moving company. The bottom line is that they are wonderful agents to work with and we highly recommend. Buying and selling houses are stressful but you are in good hands if they are your agents.
