Larry Met the Challenge

My mother had lived in her house since 1958. My brother moved in 15 years ago. When she passed away, the house was jammed full of stuff. It was a huge challenge for my brother and the family to get the house ready to sell. We originally dealt with a well-known local realtor but felt she just wasn’t that interested in selling the property. Then we found Larry Lawfer who sat us all down and set up a list of priorities and options for us. It took many months for us to gradually empty the house while my brother was still living there. Larry stuck with us and helped every step of the way with his positive attitude. He even helped my brother pack up his belongings. When things were finally in order, Larry worked hard on a sales strategy that proved very successful. The house sold in short order at over the asking price. We really couldn’t have had such a great outcome without Larry’s help on so many levels.
