I've met dozens of realtors over the course of the last two years and never chose to commit to one until I met Larry. While a lot of the realtors that I crossed paths with seemed nice enough, I never truly got the vibe that they were being 100% genuine and sincere. In fact, a lot of them came through as being quite insincere and appeared to be "chasing the dollar." I found Larry to be kind, very transparent, and most importantly, fair. He will offer recommendations and suggestions but not push you in a direction that you don't feel comfortable moving. If there is an item that you are unsure of, do not hesitate to let him know as he will patiently talk it through with you and help you gain clarity and ultimately guide you in making a decision that's best for you. There were a few instances in my home purchase that required some diligent negotiating and without Larry's expertise or skilled style of communication, the purchase would have most likely stalled and never came to a fruition. Selling my mobile home took many turns and Larry kept everything on track with his knowledge and perseverance. He maintained a great attitude throughout the process and always had a ready answer for all of my many questions. Leading up to our listing the home, Larry gave us good advice on how to make my mother's home look attractive to would-be buyers. He and his wife staged the home with furnishings already in her house. Larry also recommended local charities for us to donate any belongings the family did not want.
