Since 1984, real estate has been both my profession and my passion. I began by purchasing and selling properties to build my personal investment portfolio, eventually acquiring and managing single-family homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings across Southern California. In the early 1980s—long before “fix and flip” became mainstream—I was renovating and reselling properties, then expanded into raw land acquisition and the development of new single-family homes that I leased or sold.
These decades of hands-on experience have given me a unique perspective from every angle of the industry—as an investor, a developer, and a client.
