We have used Larian to sell and buy two homes. She was a passionate representative who was extremely accessible whenever we needed her. She was a dedicated and hard worker who went above and beyond at all times in ensuring that we had a productive and effective experience. Further, (and the most important part if you ask me) is the fact that she sold BOTH homes in record time (seriously, within one to two weeks - both times) and maintained contact with all relevant parties until she knew things were as they should be. She fought harder for my best interests than I could have myself! Her communication style is honest and forthright, and working with her was a wonderful experience that I will not hesitate to replicate when the time comes again.

Larian is a fantastic agent. She really knew the market. She went above and beyond to prepare my home for the sale and then she sold it for well above the list price in one day! She also identified additional square footage and selling points that the previous owners and home inspector missed. Can’t say enough about how thoughtful, strategic and responsive she was for the whole process. She even followed up after the sale to make sure all of the post close activities went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Lari took the time to find out exactly what my needs were and went about looking for something she knew would appeal to me. She was very thorough and knowledgeable not only about the housing market but the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a house. Lari is an exceptional realtor. I have bought several houses in the past, but Lari far exceeded my experience with other realtors. She really cared that I found the perfect home for my family. She was available at any time to answer all of my many questions and she was very helpful in every aspect of finding my perfect home. She made my normally hairpulling experience with home buying one of ease and comfort. She really cares and will go the extra mile for her clients.
