Lara handled the sale of my parents house on Yacht Club Rd. Speaking on behalf of my brothers and sisters (who collectively owned this home), we were 100% satisfied with all aspects of Lara’s handling of this unique property. We held the home off the market for months getting it ready for sale with Lara being patient and helpful during that process. Lara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding real estate and the market. When I told her what I was looking for, she set up appointments at properties that met my needs. She was kind enough to take me to the house I eventually purchased several times so that additional family members could see it. She went back to the property when I was unable to go and took measurements for me, that I had not gotten and needed for furniture purchases. She went above and beyond her duties to help me with the purchase. She absolutely has a heart for your well being and generally tries to make your real estate experience an enjoyable one with limited stress.

Laura is a wonderful person and represents her profession as a realtor in the highest standards I have ever come across. She held my hand through this whole process, I know what times I got aggravated not with her but with the process itself and buying a home. There were times when I thought is this really going to happen? But she assured me got it would happen and she would be there for me through the entire process. We had our ups and downs during the purchasing process. She was wonderful when it came to me providing documentation on my finances that I was having trouble producing. I took my computer down to her at her office and she worked on it until she was able to produce those documents and print them out. Then she was successful it's sending them to the loan company. The last hope that we had to jump through was the water test, again I asked her what she thought. Thought meaning why was it taking so long? She replied I understand this is crazy!
