I wanted to add some specific comments about our experience working with Leilani Holmberg. We had lived in our Colorado home for over 27 years before we moved to the Oro Valley AZ area and we didn't know anything about the market, area, location, etc. We were very fortunate to work with Loni. Loni is a real gem to work with. Early in our relationship, she spent time with us to understand our wants, desires, needs, and expectations without being judgemental etc. She then researched the area and was able to show us homes (15-20) that met our specific criteria. (3+ bedrooms, pool, gas range and good sized kitchen, etc.). Every property that she arranged for us to look at met our criteria. More importantly, she provided very valuable resource information (gas, electric, maintenance resources, pool maintenance, landscapers, key contacts, shopping areas, my wife's hair salon, nail person, etc.) In short, you will not be disappointed if you chose to work with Loni. She will far exceed your expectation if you chose to work with her. You will not be disappointed!!!

Lani was so incredibly respect full to my father during the sale process. She was very attentive to the specific needs on selling a complete ranch property. From the start of the process receiving great feedback on how to stage the home fully furnished all the way to closing. We together made the decision to update the kitchen appliances and with her assistance in color choices the kitchen showed amazing even with dated countertops and cabinets. She came to the property daily and unlocked the main gate and always opened the blinds to give the appearance of a open, clean and lived in country feeling. As a local Steamboat agent she understood the unique items such as well water, fire places and the challenges of a home without all the standard amenities such as natural gas and city water. Lani will always have a special place in both my father and my heart for completing what we assumed was the impossible. We absolutely will refer anyone to work with Lani Holmberg.
