This was our first home sale, and I reached out to LaNeil after seeing so many positive reviews on a military spouses Facebook page. Well she lived up to her reputation and more. Her and her husband David really took what is a big life transaction, that can be quit stressful and made it as stress free as possible with their reassurance and guidance. LaNeil and David are knowledgeable in the market and really had their fingers on what was happening at the time of our sale. I am sure they had other clients they were working with while we were transacting, but I would have never known, as anytime I reached out to LaNeil she was available, connected and on top of the details of what was going on with our home like it was the only home she was working on. LaNeil has a great amount of network going and so has a reference for anything you need for your house (plumber, electrician, stager) you name it. But on top of being such a knowledgeable and reliable agent, LaNeil is probably one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. You start off in a business transaction but you come away with a new friend. I would never hesitate to refer LaNeil for their real estate needs.
