LaNeil and David are a phenomenal team! We were stationed in Richmond, VA and I had been talking with LaNeil for quite awhile before purchasing to find out info on the area, what schools/neighborhoods were the best, etc. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We threw both of them for a loop when we found a house we loved on during a quick visit to Satellite Beach! We weren’t actively searching for a house either. They immediately got to work and throughout the entire process have always had our best interest as their priority! We weren’t able to be present for the inspection or final walk through and they were there for us, no questions asked. It was total peace of mind for our family. This was our first home sale, and I reached out to LaNeil after seeing so many positive reviews on a military spouses Facebook page. Well she lived up to her reputation and more. Her and her husband David really took what is a big life transaction, that can be quit stressful and made it as stress free as possible with their reassurance and guidance. LaNeil has a great amount of network going and so has a reference for anything you need for your house (plumber, electrician, stager) you name it. But on top of being such a knowledgeable and reliable agent, LaNeil is probably one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting.
