What a fantastic selling experience I had with Lane Stone and his team! I was referred to Lane from my contractor, and from our first meeting, it was clear that he knew the downtown Huntington Beach market deeply and brought his expertise to bear when pricing and marketing my home. Lane brought in a team of folks to photograph, video, and create a 3D tour of my home. Lane then used all of this media to not just list on the MLS, but work across multiple social media platforms to get the most reach. He collects statistics across the platforms to understand what works and what doesn't work. Well....guess what? It all worked...because we had a full-price offer within days of listing. We went from listing to being fully closed and all the proceeds in my account in 23 days. Truly amazing! Not a single bump in the process due to his team being on top of every detail...that matters.
