Amazingly he sold our house at the one and only open house for more than asking price. We were thrilled!!! And all this during a pandemic! We would highly recommend using him to buy or sell.
My husband and I were buying our first home in a tough market. It was due to Lane's responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism that we were able to get our offer accepted and close escrow. He patiently took us to many properties across several cities. We determined a certain HOA community was the one for us, but it was a competitive community to get in. When an amazing unit in the community came up for sale, it was the specific and incredibly fast steps Lane took that got our offer accepted. Then he and his team went above and beyond to help us through the entire escrow process, allowing us to close on time. It was also a pleasure to work with Lane through such an exciting but stressful process of buying our first home. His whole team at Sackin-Stone is great too!
