Lane Stone has to be the best Realtor out there. Not pushy, not salesy, and absolutely listened to us every step of the way. At no point did we feel he wanted us in a house just to get commission but often found him challenging us on why we wanted a property to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. That level of service is so rare these days and I will never use another real estate agent because of how great the Sackin-Stone team is. If you want someone who embodies being a consultant then Lane Stone is absolutely your guy. Really anyone on his team embodies the same values that he does and I'd recommend anyone that he works or recommends. Seriously can't recommend them enough, especially Lane, and wanted to leave a review in case anyone is looking for a real estate agent and wants to find someone that will work with them every step of the way. Last but not least, we actually found our dream home thanks to Lane and his relentless effort to get us what we wanted. Never thought I'd be this happy with the experience but I almost wish I was buying again just to have Lane help out - he's that great. Lane was an absolute pleasure to work with! It is no easy task to show listings during a pandemic, however, Lane was incredible and helped make the home buying process safe and easy. My husband and I were buying our first home in a tough market. It was due to Lane's responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism that we were able to get our offer accepted and close escrow. He patiently took us to many properties across several cities. We determined a certain HOA community was the one for us, but it was a competitive community to get in. When an amazing unit in the community came up for sale, it was the specific and incredibly fast steps Lane took that got our offer accepted. Then he and his team went above and beyond to help us through the entire escrow process, allowing us to close on time. It was also a pleasure to work with Lane through such an exciting but stressful process of buying our first home. His whole team at Sackin-Stone is great too! I recommended him immediately to my friend and coworker, will continue to recommend him to my friends and family and intend to use him on any other sells/purchases we have in our future.
