When we recently contacted them to see if it was a good time to sell that property, they quickly responded with a with a Market Analysis. They brought us a buyer just as it was going on the market. The contract process when very well even though we are out of state. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for any real estate needs!

I had spoken with them several times over the last 2 years and felt they were well informed about the market and my needs. Although there were significant and expected delays in closing due to third party restraints all stages went seamlessly due to effective communication and responsiveness. Lane and Lisa are a great team that support each other in an effective way to satisfy any needs a client may have. I was aware of support given when the price of the sale was being determined. This support assisted in getting the best price for the home and I was very satisfied. My three previous experiences in Real Estate were less than satisfactory. Lane and Lisa made things as easy as possible and where not possible were there to support me throughout the process.

If all agents were like this, it would make buying or selling so much eiser. I was in the middle of starting another job in another town, and was hard to get a hold of at times. They were very patient with me, and worked around my schedule. Their positive attitude was very reasuring. I told them what i needed and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it. I would recomend them to anyone, it was a pleasure to have them sell my home. When I decide to buy another house, I will be going through them.

Lisa was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our purchase went smoothly and we did not experience any issues. This purchase was for our retirement home and do not plan on any more moves; but if we were to purchase a home again in the Eugene area, we would use Lisa again.
