Lane & Lisa Borchers were extremely professional, personable, reliable and their negotiation skills enabled us to get our beautiful home. They always got back to us immediately when we had concerns and questions. We would highly recommend Lane and Lisa if you are buying or selling a new home. They are the 'best of the best' ... I give them 6 stars (out of 5)! I will not consider the transaction completed, the purchase of our new home, until Lane and Lisa come to visit us at our new home where we can personally thank them for perfect, friendly and much appreciated assistance. Very nice people! Lane and Lisa were fantastic to work with when buying our home on the McKenzie River. We bought a great house for a great price (with an additional adjoining lot for a fantastic price), better than I thought possible. Their service after the sale was complete, was wonderful, helping us find various contractors and service providers we could count on.

Lane and Lisa had a ton of patience and were able to answer all our questions. They are also super detail oriented and made sure we understood what was happening every step along the way. They really went out of their way to find the perfect home for us. We had some very specific needs and they were so patient with us and looking at so many houses. They also had good recommendations for the inspector and have even helped us with our first home warranty claim. If all agents were like this, it would make buying or selling so much eiser. I was in the middle of starting another job in another town, and was hard to get a hold of at times. They were very patient with me, and worked around my schedule. Their positive attitude was very reasuring. I told them what i needed and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it. I would recomend them to anyone, it was a pleasure to have them sell my home. When I decide to buy another house, I will be going through them.

I had spoken with them several times over the last 2 years and felt they were well informed about the market and my needs. Although there were significant and expected delays in closing due to third party restraints all stages went seamlessly due to effective communication and responsiveness. This support assisted in getting the best price for the home and I was very satisfied. My three previous experiences in Real Estate were less than satisfactory.
