Excellent Experience for First Time Homebuyers

We originally intended to just tour a few homes and see what the process of homebuying would look like, but when we met Landon and toured a few houses with him, our trepidation changed. Landon walked us through what the entire process would look like from start to finish, as first time homebuyers. He went over terms a "newbie" would not know, and the pros and cons of first-time buyers in Colorado. He provided great advice and input based on his experience and what he's seen in other homes across the market at our price range. He worked quickly to get in contact with the sellers of a couple extra homes we decided, on a whim, to tour- including the home we would choose to be our first home! I can confidently say Landon was courteous and professional in helping us walk through each step, and he remained so when we had to back out of a contract. When a very unique opportunity to assume the VA loan of the previous owners of the house we wanted came up, he called us and explained it thoroughly, with no pressure, and allowed us to make the decision to go for it. It was a new experience for all of us, and he was quick to respond to our questions, and honest when he wasn't sure of an answer. He would research or direct us to a good source if it was a question he couldn't answer. We felt well supported through the longer process. He is relaxed but professional- the perfect combo for us! He genuinely felt like a friend, and we have already passed his number along to some friends. 10/10!
