We worked with Landon to buy our home in Bennett, CO. We had a tight budget as we are a young couple, and he was able to help us find the perfect home. Through the process he helped guide, teach, and give us advice towards what to expect. Since this was our first time buying a home, we were utterly terrified, and he made it so simple from start to finish. He helped us negotiate important items to us, and was available any time we needed him. The evening after we moved in on closing day, we found a leak in the dishwasher, that puddled in our basement. We called Landon, and he helped guide us through that process as well. Even though his job was technically done, he still helped us find someone who could respond in the same night. We originally intended to just tour a few homes and see what the process of homebuying would look like, but when we met Landon and toured a few houses with him, our trepidation changed. Landon walked us through what the entire process would look like from start to finish, as first time homebuyers. He went over terms a "newbie" would not know, and the pros and cons of first-time buyers in Colorado. He provided great advice and input based on his experience and what he's seen in other homes across the market at our price range. He worked quickly to get in contact with the sellers of a couple extra homes we decided, on a whim, to tour- including the home we would choose to be our first home! I can confidently say Landon was courteous and professional in helping us walk through each step, and he remained so when we had to back out of a contract. When a very unique opportunity to assume the VA loan of the previous owners of the house we wanted came up, he called us and explained it thoroughly, with no pressure, and allowed us to make the decision to go for it. It was a new experience for all of us, and he was quick to respond to our questions, and honest when he wasn't sure of an answer. He would research or direct us to a good source if it was a question he couldn't answer. We felt well supported through the longer process. He is relaxed but professional- the perfect combo for us! He genuinely felt like a friend, and we have already passed his number along to some friends. 10/10!
Landon helped us buy and sell our first home. He’s respectful, caring, and honest. He never pressured us into anything. He always asked what we felt was best for us and our family; when he gave us options, he would only give his opinion if we asked (we always did). Landon and his team did increible. I am an agent myself but in another state. Landon was able to connect me with some great contractors that made the process of my first out of state flip SO SMOOTH! When it came time to list they worked magic. The property had anywhere from 2x-10x the zillow views as any other comparable property. It wasn't even close. I'd work with landon and team 10/10 if I were looking to sell or do another flip.
Landon supported me in finding a home for my 80 year old parents, moving them from the mountains two hours away, to a single story, new build 10 minutes from me so I can help my dad out as he navigates health issues with my mom.
