Landon is an excellent choice for real estate searching. He cares about his clients and works diligently to assist, get additional property information and whatever a client might need to have. I took a long time to find the right property and we went through several property challenges during the extended search. Landon is patient, caring and never aggressive regarding any part of the search and find of the just right property. I have no problem recommending him as a great professional, thorough real estate agent. He worked with me for a very long time without any problem. Besides Landon is just a really trustworthy and genuinely nice guy.

Landon is the kind of realtor that everyone wants in a home search. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, past trends and current analytics, and this really helped us hone in on areas and properties that were good deals and positioned to hold their value for years to come. Most realtors will just ask what you want and feed you an automated list as if it were a hand curated selection, but Landon took the time to understand how we felt about road noise, neighborhoods, commute times, and architectural styles. He was never hesitant to give his opinion or point out something we hadn't noticed, and this helped us find and lock in the home of our dreams at the very best price. Landon was deft at the negotiating table with the sellers, and highly communicative when coordinating all the admin that goes into buying a home. We were very happy to use his contractor, insurance, and title company referrals, all of whom were top notch, fairly priced and service driven. We did our homework and got competitive quotes against all of them, but they each gave us the best deal from the start. If you've found Landon, consider yourself lucky. He goes above and beyond and is super personable to work with. One of the best agent experiences we've ever had.

I cannot say enough positive things about Landon Bellum and his incredibly knowledgeable and responsive services in helping me purchase my Colorado home. My purchase transaction involved many complications and last-minute issues that nearly blew the deal apart, but Landon leapt in masterfully and quickly repaired situations and navigated landmines. Landon always presents with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude. He "style-switched" well to deal with my very difficult, impatient, and abrupt personality. This is a very talented professional. I recommend Landon with great enthusiasm and ZERO reservations. You're fortunate if you manage to engage his services. You'll be very very glad.

Landon was such a huge help during our house search process! We met him at an open house that we happened to stumble into, and immediately after talking with him for a couple minutes, we knew we wanted him to be our realtor. One of the main reasons why we liked him so much is he didn’t come across as pushy or overly sales oriented; we weren’t in a huge rush to purchase a home, and he made it clear that he wanted us to find a house when the timing was right for us. He is also super personable, friendly, and is really knowledgeable! My husband and I highly recommend Landon whether you’re Looking to sell or purchase, he’s got your back and will ensure the process goes smoothly!

Landon was very professional throughout our buying process, always showing up on time and available for questions. Closing on the home we liked turned out to be a bit more complicated than we originally anticipated, but Landon made the often frustrating process almost enjoyable. At the end, we managed to get the house we wanted at a fair price. This was our first home buying experience in Colorado and Landon really helped us understand the whole process. I would recommend Landon to anyone looking for a new home in Colorado.

Landon has been a fantastic agent in our home purchase, as well as in working to sell our other home. He is in touch with us constantly about the processes and details, as well as current market trends. He is very good at responding to our questions and needs in a timely and professional way. Where Landon really steps above the rest is in marketing. He offered marketing opportunities for our home that few other agents would consider. We're thrilled with the results! We really enjoy working with Landon, and highly recommend his services.

Landon was very flexible in working with us both our budget and other requirements. He was quick to send listing for us to review and to have discussions about listing as well. He gave great advice.
