Lance was awesome during our entire experience. He was always there to make sure the bumps were worked out prior to us stressing about them. He was there for the entire inspection (all 3 hours), helped coordinate the appraisal process, showed up timely and with a great attitude to our final walk through and sat right next to us through out our entire closing.
