Lance made buying a new home very comfortable. We didn't have a set time-frame to purchase, which allowed no rushing in finding the home we wanted. Lance was more than accommodating in looking at houses with us frequently. He told me "I'm not concerned about how long it takes, I am only concerned about finding the correct home for you." That made us feel very comfortable and happy with his assistance. We couldn't ever see using anyone else but Lance in the future.
