Lance helped me get my place ready with is thoughts and what the market is looking for. He was able to work with me from thinking, to planning, to the actual sale of my home. He took the time to explain specifics to help guide my thinking. He knows his stuff and has no problem sharing what he knows. Lance was able to get the word out the next day with cards and such to support the sale.
This is the third time I have used Lance for a purchase of a new place (1 condo, 1 single family home before this) and must say that he ALWAYS comes up with a great set of listings to give me an idea of what's out there. I didn't think that I could afford to move back into 85014 but when I saw that prices for condos were pretty much the same all around the valley thanks to Lance, and some in far worse shape than others, I knew I could start looking at being in town again. Leave it to Lance though to already have the perfect place picked out--at 12th street and Maryland no less--a superb location that is so quiet yet just around the corner in any direction from great shopping and restaurant choices! Highly recommend Lance. He makes home buying fun!

Lance was the realtor when I purchased my first condo back in 2014 (and sold it in 2016) and then again for my house in 2016. Both times there were bumps along the way and Lance helped me navigate with ease. This time around I had a double contingency for the purchase of my condo (buyers house needed to sell and my house needed to sell to them) and we managed a triple closing all on one day.
