Lanard is super knowledgeable and really did a fantastic job selling our house for us! We had been in contact with him the year before for area comps and market values we needed. He knew our future plans and would check in with us every now and again. When we were ready to go, he was on top of it and sold our house within a day for exactly what we wanted.
