Lana is professional and yet very personable at the same time. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive to all communication at all times. I would highly recommend using Lana and we look forward to using her again in the future. Thanks again Lana!

Lana was excellent in communicating between the seller and us, the buyers, promptly and effectively. We came to an agreement cordially and to everyone's satisfaction. She also was very attentive to all questions we had during the closing process.

We have been so lucky to work with Lana. She works for our interest and is a pleasure to spend time with. Lana takes care of business and puts her head down and gets things done in a professional and timely manner. She has sold two units for us and we have bought three units with her help. When it's time for us to sell out current place, Lana will be our first choice to help us.

If you get an opportunity to work with Lana Caron, run, don't walk. She is an amazing realtor who knows how to listen to your needs and find what you are looking for with grace and speed. She's a great communicator and focused on your needs.

LANA UNDERSTANDING MY NEEDS WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE PROPORTIES THAT INTERESTED ME, ALSO AS MY NEEDS CHANGED SHE UNDERSTOOD THEM. AS A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY MY TIME WAS LIMITED, LANA WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE OUR MEETINGS WITH EXACTLY THE PROPERTIES THAT MEET MY NEEDS, AS SHE LISTENED VERY CAREFULY TO WHAT I DESIRED. BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS ABLE TO FIND MY DREAM PLACE IN FORIDA BEFORE I LEFT. SHE ASSISTED ME DURING THE WHOE PROCESS OF THE SALE. I AM ENDEBTED TO HER AS SHE WORKED ENDLESSLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY FOR HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE MARKET, AS WELL AS HER COMMITMENT TO THE BUYER OR SELLER FOR A SMOOTH TRANSITION.
