I found Lana by researching the web and when I called her I have to admit I really "interviewed" her to make sure she was a very good agent. I am from NYC and was a real estate professional in Manhattan for many years. Moving to Florida was challenging as far as finding a competent agent. Many of the agents down here are not thorough, professional and experienced. Lana and I have a great conversation which led to our meeting and Lana must have showed me at least 35+ units until we found the right one. She had answers to every question I had along the way about buildings, HOA dues, building conditions, market values, etc. and she also educated me about the mortgage process.
