Lamar is the best real estate agent I have worked with. He always answered my calls and helped me with the entire process of buying my first home. I’m very grateful I worked with Lamar. I had the pleasure of working with Lamar Lanier at Next Phase Realty with the sale of my home. This is my first home and it was an emotional and nervous experience for me. Lamar was always available anytime of day to answer all my questions via text, email, call. He reassured me the process was going smoothly and eased my anxiety. I often called him my realtor/therapist. Lamar and his professional team told me exactly what I needed to do and had resources such as (electricians, plumbers etc.) available if needed. What can we say, Lamar was a professional, knowledgeable and a down to earth realtor who did not pressure us to purchase a home. Despite seeing many houses up and down Long Island for a good 2 1/2 months, Lamar was patient and gave sound advice as if he was purchasing the home for his family. We had a realtor prior to switching to Lamar and the experience was like night and day. From the very first call we felt valued and Lamar didn’t make us feel rushed to see all the homes in 1 weekend to get an offer in. We debriefed after every home we saw and his advice helped us see things we didn’t catch as first time homebuyers. Hm, what to say. Lamar is a true gem, 1 of the rarest of rare breeds who 24/7 shows you he truly enjoys the work. He is totally client dedicated by extending his availability for contact, exemplifies intelligence with his well of knowledge and is so personable his honesty and unbiased advice felt like they were from a long time friend. His professionalism shines with how promptly he responds and takes any needed action. He defies every negative stereotype of the worst and even average sales related experiences. His willingness to keep me up to date at every stage, show only homes matching my interests and render support and educate me throughout the home purchasing process was uncanny.
