Glad I met this guy 5 years ago.

Met Lamar about 5 yrs ago 2020. First impression was he is very organized. That's peace to a perfectionist. At the time, I didn't decide to purchase a house. I stuck with him alot due to his intellectual knowledge of the housing business. Every yr I noticed growth from Lamar. 5yrs later 2025. First house we visit I bought. We visit more but nothing compared to the first. This may sound crazy but I'm already thinking about getting Lamar to help me with my next investment.
